Widespread power outages were reported across parts of Montgomery County after a small plane crashed into power lines on Sunday evening. A rescue effort is reportedly underway for the pilot and two passengers who are still inside the plane. According to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue officials, the plane is stuck about 100 feet above the ground.
