POWERGRID's Board approved a proposal to borrow up to ₹35,000 crore during FY28 through multiple funding sources, including domestic bonds, subject to shareholders' approval. The Board also enhanced the FY27 borrowing limit to ₹35,000 crore from ₹30,000 crore and appointed joint Cost Auditors for FY27.
