Shares of Prabhat Dairy rallied 20% on Friday after it announced its delisting plans. Chairman Sarangdhar Nirmal and his family, who hold a 50.1% stake, are considering acquiring the remaining 49.9% stake held by public shareholders. This comes months after Prabhat sold its core milk processing business to Tirumala Milk Products, the India arm of France's Lactalis, for ₹1,700 crore.
