Poll strategist-turned-politician Prashant Kishor, whose Jan Suraaj Party is contesting the Bihar Assembly elections, is registered as a voter in two states, a report by The Indian Express reported. In West Bengal, Kishor is registered as a voter in the Bhabanipur constituency, while in Bihar, he is registered as a voter in the Kargahar Assembly constituency.
