Prashant Kishor on Thursday observed a day-long silent fast (maun upwas) at the Bhitiharwa Gandhi Ashram in West Champaran after his Jan Suraaj Party failed to win a single seat in the Bihar Assembly elections. Earlier, Kishor had taken responsibility for the party’s poor performance. Notably, Nitish Kumar today took oath as Bihar CM for the tenth time.
