Jan Suraaj Founder Prashant Kishor has questioned the mental sanity of Bihar Chief Minister saying that he is not "psychologically and physically" in a condition to lead the state. "Nitish Kumar's psychological and physical condition is so bad that he cannot even name his Council of Ministers. Now he does not even remember the name of Prime Minister," Kishor said.
