A five-month pregnant woman, Brajbala (25), died after allegedly being beaten by her husband Ramu during a dispute over excess salt in food in Kasganj’s Nagda Dhak village. The altercation escalated, leading to her fall from the roof. She was rushed to a hospital but succumbed to her injuries. Police have arrested Ramu and launched an investigation.
