A 20-year-old pregnant woman was carried on a makeshift cloth stretcher for 8 km due to the lack of a proper road in Madhya Pradesh's Barwani district. A video of the incident has also surfaced online. Reacting to the video, the CEO, District Panchayat said that he will get a road constructed under the PM Rural Road Scheme.
