KXIP owner Preity Zinta on Monday took to Twitter to apologise to the fans of the team for failing to qualify for the IPL 2018 playoffs. Further, during a question-answer session on Twitter, Zinta said that it was sad that even after "amazing" individual performances, the team could not make it. "Next year we won't let you down," she added.
