Premier League to have mid-season break in 2022 due to FIFA World Cup
Next season's Premier League will feature a mid-season break, to accommodate for the FIFA World Cup in Qatar next year. The new Premier League season will take place from August 6, 2022 to May 28, 2023. The season will pause from November 14, 2022 and resume on Boxing Day, December 26, 2022.
