Prepared to defend allies: NATO as Iran reportedly threatens to attack US bases in Europe

NATO said that it is prepared to "address any threat" and "defend all allies" after reports said that Iran was considering hitting US bases in Europe if President Donald Trump escalates the war. "Our deterrence and defence posture is strong and effective," it added. US assets in Bulgaria and Cyprus are being considered as potential targets, the report said.
