President Droupadi Murmu conferred 33 Shaurya Chakras and six Kirti Chakras during Phase-I of Defence Investiture Ceremony 2025 on Thursday. Squadron Leader Deepak Kumar, Pawan Kumar-CRPF (posthumous), Malkit Singh-CRPF were among those who got Shaurya Chakra, while Major Manjit, Naik Dilwar Khan (posthumous), DSP Himayun Muzzammil Bhat, J&K Police (posthumous) were among Kirti Chakra awardees.
