Prestige Estate Projects Limited engaged in the business of real estate development, jumped 7.4 % after the company partnered with ADIA and Kotak AIF for an investment deal of ₹2,001 crore to capture growth opportunities in residential projects with a Gross development Value (GDV) of ₹18,000 crore across more than four cities.
