Radhey Shyam, the priest at a crematorium in Delhi where a nine-year-old Dalit girl was allegedly raped and killed before being cremated without her parents' consent, had allegedly sexually assaulted her in the past, police chargesheet said. Shyam and three other employees of the crematorium - Kuldeep Singh, Laxmi Narayan and Salim Ahmed - are under arrest in the case.
