Priyanka Chopra loses 7 kilos in 20 days

Following her move from playing a boxer to a suave businesswoman, actor Priyanka Chopra had to lose 7kg in 20 days. She was put on a protein rich diet, eliminating carbohydrates. Regular exercises and running for at least 30 mins helped too. Priyanka had gained the weight over the past year while preparing for the character of Mary Kom.
