Pro-dialogue Iotova wins Bulgaria's presidential runoff

Iliana Iotova, who favours dialogue with Moscow and opposes military aid to Ukraine, won Bulgaria's presidential runoff with 57–58% of the vote, defeating pro-Western banker Andrey Gyurov. She will become Bulgaria's first elected woman president. The vote came amid Black Sea drone attacks on commercial vessels, raising regional security concerns.
