Pro-Khalistan slogans were allegedly raised at a rally held by the Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) at Ferozepur on Saturday. The party had last month announced to hold a peaceful protest near the international border. As the party wasn't allowed by authorities to hold it near the border, the rally was held at a palace situated on the outskirts of the cantonment area.
