Kalrock Capital said the ongoing investigation related to its promoter Florian Fritsch in foreign jurisdictions will have no impact on the acquisition of Jet Airways. Last week, multiple properties linked to Fritsch were raided by prosecutors in a criminal investigation. Kalrock-Jalan consortium had won the bid to revive Jet Airways after the airline filed for bankruptcy in 2019.
