Supreme Court has issued notice to Uttar Pradesh government on the recent demolition of houses of violence accused and observed that it can't stay demolitions but the process of law must be followed for the demolition of unauthorised structures. The court granted the state three days to show how the recent demolitions were carried out in accordance with the law.
