Productivity app Evernote lost several of its executives, including CTO Anirban Kundu, CFO Vincent Toolan, CPO Erik Wrobel and head of HR Michelle Wagner in one month. It comes amid reports of Evernote raising funds, potentially in a down-round from its last valuation of $1.2 billion. It is the second major change in the startup's leadership team in two years.
