TCS has clarified that lateral onboarding at the IT major has been delayed due to project budgets. "There are certain delays because of the environment we're in because of the project delays...things aren't getting progressed [in some cases]...[Consequently], onboarding...also gets delayed," TCS HR chief Milind Lakkad said. "I commit today that we're going to honour all offers," he added.
