Company informed that previously Anmol Singh Jaggi (Promoter and Managing Director) held 80,18,711 equity shares of the company which amounts to 21.17% of the total shareholding. Including the purchase of 12,000 shares, he now owns ₹700 crore worth of shares of Gensol Engineering Ltd.
