Gensol Engineering engaged in offering engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for the development of solar power plants jumped 3% in the day’s trade, after company’s promoter and Managing Director Mr. Anmol Singh Jaggi acquired 53,945 equity shares of the Company from the open market amounting to ₹4.77 Crores, thereby increasing his holding in the company from 21.03% to 21.17%.
