A special court, while acquitting actor Sooraj Pancholi in the 2013 suicide case of Jiah Khan, said that the prosecution failed to prove that his actions compelled Jiah to take her own life. Judge AS Sayyad said, "In the present case, the evidence on record against the accused is vague, general and omnibus."
