Proud moment: JP Nadda as WHO awards India for ending Trachoma

As World Health Organisation (WHO) awarded a certificate to India for elimination of Trachoma disease, Union Health Minister JP Nadda called it a proud moment for the nation. Trachoma is a bacterial infection that affects the eyes and is highly contagious. India was awarded the certificate by WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus at 78th World Health Assembly in Geneva.
