After fixing the toilet on Artemis II's Orion spacecraft, astronaut Christina Koch called herself a "space plumber". "I am proud to call myself the space plumber," she said. She added, "It is probably the most important piece of equipment...We were all breathing a sigh of relief when it turned out to be...fine." The malfunction occurred after Artemis II lifted off.
