Publicly hang those convicted of heinous crimes against women: Delhi CM

While speaking on the recent incidents of crimes against women in Delhi, CM Rekha Gupta said, "Those convicted of heinous crimes against women must be publicly hanged." She added that laws must be made even stricter to ensure such offenders are punished without delay. Her remarks come after the recent Kalkaji park gangrape and the Kashmere Gate bus gangrape incidents.
