Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Sirsa said on Tuesday state government will continue its 'No PUC, No fuel' policy for vehicles even after GRAP-IV restrictions end. He stated no vehicle without Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate will be allowed to operate. Sirsa added inspections revealed several PUC centres were non-functional and 12 centres were found to have defective equipment.
