A doctor couple named Dr Gautam and Dr Manisha Chhajed in Pune started a medico helpline for allowing COVID-19 patients in home isolation to connect with doctors. "With a shortage of beds and healthcare staff, we decided to help in whatever way we could," said Dr Gautam. They help patients get tests done, send medicines to their homes, among others.
