Pune remained the coolest city in Maharashtra on Tuesday as the minimum temperature at Shivajinagar observatory fell 3°C below normal at 12.7°C on the day. The city was cooler than hill station Mahabaleshwar yesterday. The winter season over Pune commences towards the end of November and peaks during December and January.
