The Union Cabinet has approved Pune Metro's Phase 2 corridors, Line 4 (Kharadi-Khadakwasla) and Line 4A (Nal Stop-Manik Baug), spanning 31.63 km with 28 elevated stations. Estimated at ₹9,857 crore, the project will link major IT hubs, residential zones and key highways, easing congestion and boosting ridership. Construction will take around five years.
