In Pune, traders have boycotted Turkish apples due to Turkey's support for Pakistan. Apple trader Suyog Zende stated the decision aligns with their patriotic duty and support for the nation and they are opting for produce from Himachal, Uttarakhand, Iran, and other regions. A fruit trader noted a nearly 50 per cent drop in consumer demand for Turkish apples.
