Pune's Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) sent seizure warnings to as many as 31,971 property tax defaulters, officials said. It warned them of confiscating their properties if they don't pay their dues. As many as 3,850 property owners have so far not paid even one rupee in tax, officials added. "Action against tax defaulters...in three stages," a PCMC official said.
