A 27-year-old AAP sarpanch allegedly died by suicide in Ferozepur’s Guru Har Sahai on Saturday night after posting a Punjabi poem on social media. Friends of the deceased alleged that a senior AAP leader had been harassing Jashan Bawa, which may have contributed to his distress, TOI reported. No suicide note was recovered from his house, police said.
