The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to MLA Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra in a rape case registered at a police station in Patiala in September last year. He has been asked to report to the police station concerned twice a month and not try to contact the complainant, her relatives, or witness directly or indirectly.
