Punjab CM Amarinder Singh on Sunday announced a monthly pension of ₹10,000 to the parents of the CRPF constable Kulwinder Singh martyred in the Pulwama attack. The pension will be given in addition to the ₹7 lakh ex gratia and ₹5 lakh cash in lieu of land to his parents. Singh also announced naming a local school after the constable.
