A local court in Punjab has issued a warning to CM Bhagwant Mann to attend the next hearing in person or face cancellation of his bail in a defamation case. Mann had sought exemption from personal appearance, citing an important meeting. However, the court observed that Mann has not appeared at all since October 20, 2022, thereby hindering the proceedings.
