Punjab govt denies 'harassing' Moosewala's father over newborn, says 'won't trouble them'

Punjab Health Minister Dr Balbir Singh denied claims by Sidhu Moosewala's father Balkaur Singh that the state is "harassing" him and his wife over their newborn's birth through IVF. "Many congratulations to them...We will not trouble them, rest assured," said Dr Balbir Singh. He also criticised Centre for flagging Sidhu's mother Charan Kaur's age in a notice to Punjab government.
