A puppy named 'Cyclops', who was born with one eye, two tongues and no nose in Philippines, died hours after birth. Amie de Martin, from the Aklan province, said she fed him some puppy formula after he struggled to drink milk from his mother and took him to a veterinarian. However, the puppy died after he couldn't breathe properly.
