Purple Style Labs raises ₹306 crore from anchor investors ahead of IPO

Purple Style Labs has raised ₹306 crore from 10 anchor investors by allotting 53.22 lakh equity shares at ₹575 each ahead of its IPO. The shares have a face value of ₹10, including a ₹565 premium. The IPO will open for subscription on August 31 and close on September 2, with a price band of ₹546-₹575 per share.
