Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned that Russian President Vladimir Putin aims to occupy all of Ukraine. "No matter what [Putin] tells anyone, it's clear that he has set the war machine in motion to such an extent that he...cannot stop it unless he's forced to...change his...goals," Zelenskyy said. His remarks came as Russia confirmed that peace talks had paused.
