Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russia's surprise one-day ceasefire in Ukraine on Easter can't be trusted as it had earlier ignored a similar proposal made by the US. Kyiv claimed that Russian forces continued artillery fire even after the ceasefire announcement. "If a complete ceasefire truly takes hold, Ukraine proposes extending it beyond April 20," Zelenskyy added.
