US President Joe Biden called Russian President Vladimir Putin a "tyrant", saying that the Russian leader wants to "re-establish the former Soviet Union". "His (Putin's) ambitions are completely contrary to the place where the rest of the world has arrived," Biden further said. "Sanctioning Putin is on the table," Biden added.
