Russian President Vladimir Putin has "already started to realise that he's losing this war", former Russian PM Mikhail Kasyanov said. He added that Putin may have been misled by his generals about the state of the war. Putin "believed that his army [was] in a great shape" and that the invasion would take very little time, Kasyanov said.
