Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Vladimir Putin's response to the Wagner group's rebellion was "weak" and the Russian President is losing control of his own people. "[Putin] doesn't control everything. Wagner's moving deep into Russia and taking certain regions shows how easy it's to do [it]. Putin doesn't control the situation in the regions," Zelenskyy told CNN in an interview.
