Russian President Vladimir Putin's $26 billion anti-ageing plan is exploring bio-printing and xenotransplantation, according to WSJ. This includes use of 3D-printed living tissue and growing human organs inside mini-pigs. So far, achievements include bioprinted human cartilage tissue and a mouse thyroid gland. Scientist Alexander Ostrovskiy, however, flagged the lack of peer-reviewed research.
