The Kremlin confirmed that preparations are underway for Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to India before the end of 2025. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said the visit aims to be "meaningful". Reports suggest India and Russia may sign a labour mobility agreement at the summit. This would be Putin's first India visit since 2021.
