Russian President Vladimir Putin wants written guarantees from western leaders that they won't expand the NATO alliance if they want peace in Ukraine, Reuters reported quoting sources. Putin also wants Ukraine to be neutral, lifting of some western sanctions on Russia and a resolution of the issue of frozen Russian assets in the West for Ukraine peace, it added.
