PVP Ventures acquired 46,70,761 shares of Optimus Oncology for ₹54.74 crore, making it their subsidiary. Optimus Oncology, founded by Tata Memorial oncologists, established cancer centres in Tier 2 and 3 cities. With over ₹10 crore current EBITDA, it projected ₹50 crore within five years, fuelled by PVP's investment. Currently in Maharashtra, it plans expansion into Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
