PVP Ventures Limited has acquired a 56% stake in Optimus Oncology Pvt Ltd, outlining a roadmap to increase this stake to 76% over the coming few years. This acquisition marks a significant step in establishing a technology-focused global Healthcare Services platform. The transaction involves a combination of primary and secondary stake purchases, totalling approximately ₹55 crore.
